This scheme is currently on-site with planning being approved under Rural Exception Policy.
The scheme comprises of four number two and three bedroom houses and four two bedroom flats which are being constructed to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
The development also hosts two unique Earthshelters built to code level 5 with new and innovative sustainable solutions, including photovoltaic cells, solar thermal and air source heat pumps.
This community project has been worked closely with the Local Parish Council who regularly visit site and are actively involved with the scheme development.
