This brownfield site was transformed from a former redundant petrol station and disused garage workshops to a development of 14 dwellings, built to exacting standards.
Major ground contamination was highlighted and validated accordingly through working closely with the Environment Agency, local authorities and consulting engineers.
The development also included a Section 104 and Section 106 agreement to re-align and construct an adoptable drainage network, as well as a Section 38 agreement to adopt the highway serving the development.
