Sited adjacent Haven Bridge overlooking the River Yare, 'Bridgepoint' was a 6-storey steel-frame development for local key workers.
Working closely with the Local Authority, Environment Agency and our Engineering Consultant, Wellington designed and built out the flood risk across the development and successfully converted the Grade II listed Shipleys building adjoining the new structure.
Still, some three years post completion; both buildings remain concurrent with the Architectural vernacular alongside the quay.
