After many years of neglect this Grade II listed building was in a sorry state of disrepair and provided many challenges throughout the repair works and construction phase.
Wellington Construction, Flagship and the Borough's conservation team worked very closely together to retain and restore many of the existing features and acclaim was received from English Heritage for the quality
of the works.
Flagships Housing's Management team were liaised with to ensure all
historic features were highlight and logged for future protection.
Funding for the project was secured through the Borough Council, The Homes and Communities Agency and Lottery Funding.
